Thank you for visiting our website. Once again we are offering tours by chartered and scheduled trains. Short breaks in the U.K. include en-suite facilities, return rail fare, reserved seats, breakfast or breakfast and dinner at the hotel, transfers from the station (where necessary), plus the services of a courier. Breaks in Europe offer the same facilities but with continental breakfast only unless shown otherwise. All our tours are non smoking.

Saturday 22 September 2012 - Edinburgh via the Settle Carlisle - From Cleethorpes, Grimsby, Habrough, Barnetby, Scunthorpe and Thorne.
Saturday 6 October 2012 - Welsh Borders Steam Special - From Skegness, Wainfleet, Boston, Heckington, Sleaford and Bottesford.
Oxford and the Cotswolds Saturday 13 October 2012 -Bridlington, Driffield, Beverley, Cottingham, Brough, Howden, Selby, Doncaster and Swinton.
Saturday 8 December 2012 - Edinburgh Christmas Special - From St Neots, Huntingdon, Peterborough, Grantham, Newark, Retford and Doncaster
All the above tours are priced at £54.00 for standard class, £74.00 for first class and £154.00 for Premier Dining with the exception of the steam specials which have a £5.00 supplement to cover the cost of the steam traction. Private tables can be booked in first class and Premier dining at a supplement of £8.00 per person. Only available to passengers booking for two.
It should be mentioned that although train times are given in the best of faith and every effort is made to adhere to published itineraries, trains (especially charter trains) can be, and sometimes are, subject to delay. This should be borne in mind when planning onward journeys as liability will be not be accepted for any delays. (See terms and conditions).
Once again many thanks for your support of raffles on our charter trains. We have continued our membership of Case 250 which offers help into work for people with special needs. Once again thank you for your help in making this possible.
For your peace of mind I would also like you to be aware that 'Railtourer Ltd' conforms with the E.C. directive for Tour Operators. All monies received for short breaks are held in a trust account operated by our bankers and accountants and cannot be withdrawn by 'Railtourer Ltd' until the tour is completed, protecting your payment.
Continental tours - Prices are calculated at one Euro to 86 pence. For every full 10 pence increase in the value of the Euro (as detailed on BBC text Euro rates) at the time of making full payment we reserve the right to increase the cost of our tours by £5.00 for each nights stay. If the value falls then for every full ten pence fall we will reduce the cost by £5.00 for each nights stay. Any variation of less than 10 pence will not affect the holiday price.
Please note we now accept credit card payments through Bank of Scotland at a charge of 3% on top of the total holiday cost. There is no extra charge for payment by cheque or debit card.
